By using the Outlook Hotmail Connector, you can send and receive email from Windows Live Hotmail in Microsoft Outlook while you're at work.
Go to the Office Online website to get the Outlook Hotmail Connector. Click Download now, and then follow the instructions to download and install the connector.
In Outlook, click Outlook Connector, click Add a New Account, enter your name, email address, and password, and then click OK.
Your Hotmail inbox and all of your folders are displayed in the left pane in Outlook.
